    I have a reduction in price, which I'm happy about - but I'm not happy being locked into something for 18 months, which I hadn't realised - even though its now TV only

    NowTV only? You have a Sky contract do you not?

    You can't prove that you didn't receive someone's email or letter,though they could prove receipt of a letter if it was signed for and had a genuine signature.


    When I cancelled Sky (last September) and took anew deal a few weeks later, I received a welcome back letter with details of the package,discount and length of commitment.
