Student Internet

I'm currently living in a student flat (and responsible for bills) and our current broadband contract ends on the 18th of September.
The problem is we only have 9 months of our lease left (and until graduation!?) so I'm trying to look into the best option for internet for next year is. Especially as we are poor students.
Does anyone who knows more about switching have any recommendations?

I'm sure BT offer 9 month student contracts.
Or, there are some providers that do 30 day contracrs but they are a little more expensive per month.0
