Very odd you would be focusing on water when this has to be the least of your problems with access to it at the library.
Surely eating food is more of an issue?0 -
Norwich library is in a lovely building in the middle of the town center. Lots of restaurants/pubs nearby where you can go in and ask for a glass of water if you explain you need to take medication.
I do find it hard to believe you are in this situation. I may be naive but I didn't think they just let people go from prison with nowhere to go and no help in obtaining housing/benefits.0 -
Assuming the OP is genuine, there probably won't be any more info from him until the library opens again in the morning.0

Have you contacted these folk? http://www.tht.org.uk/sexual-health/Clinics-and-Services/Other-services/E/Eastern-Aids-Support-Triangle-(EAST)-(Norwich-NR1-1LU)These are my own views and you should seek advice from your local Benefits Department or CAB.0

This is all sounding a little odd.
You, apparently, have access to food but no water? Where is the food coming from? Don't they have water at the same place? As mentioned previously, bottled water is only 17p in a supermarket for 2 litres and free in many places (public toilets, cafes etc etc etc). Now, if you were complaining about lack of food it might be different.
And you've got absolutely no-one at all, in the whole of the country, that you could call on for help? No friends, no acquaintances, no family?
And then, with all your apparent woes, the thing you do is to log on and sign up to a money saving website. It just strikes me as a little strange, shall we say.0
