We landed in Turkey 3 hours 5 mins late so am probably legally entitled to compensation.
I haven't decided yet if I am going to claim but I wonder if the airlines put claimants on a 'naughty list' that might affect future bookings? OK, i'm probably being a bit dramatic there but I do wonder.
Does anyone know if this all goes on the CUE database as a claim etc.

I wouldn't worry. Ive flown jet2 since my tete a tete several years ago (cost them a lot of money taking them to court) and due to fly next week with them again.If you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide
