Why not just legislate against the bad companies?
This is more urgent than this proposal and the ATOL bill.
The CAA need more teeth and EC261:2004 needs to be updated before it is part of the Great Repeal Bill.
The government really need to change their priorities with regard to flight and holiday protection for consumers.
