Yes, this information was already imparted to the OP back in August 2017 and I suspect we didn't tell her what she wanted us to; hence her not publicly updating the forum about it now.The ultimate outcome would be that FOS simply will not consider these complaints as within their jurisdiction... only exception I’ve ever seen to this is if customer can evidence they no longer lived at the address the letters were sent to.0
