Good quality laminate brands?

I found two today I like in the flooring show room (both quickstep!) both the most expensive quick step ranges... how I manage that without looking at prices I never know!

Decision is now whether I pay the extra to have them install it or do it myself and order offline. I'm all for money saving, but don't like false economies (buying a premium product, but skimping on finish and effecting the life of the product!)

I think I would save around £200/300 doing it myself based on their quote and me sourcing my own product... considering I haven't tried to negotiate I didn't think it was a bad premium to be paid for a service

(I'm a bad money saver I know! But neither myself or my handy man dad has fitted laminate before so would be an expensive experiment!)

That missile is what reading up on here has lead me to think! People that have said the good installation is how to make it look good and keep it maintained; makes me think it's worth the money to pay for in store service!
