Parking Tickets clarification, I have read the newbie form

So I should be able to look at part 4 and use Coupons template to be able to possibly overthrough the notice and stop with the letters? I have had well over 10, from different occasions and company's, that's surely a tortious act of harassment and trespass?
Photobucket is taking a while to load- photos will be uploaded shortly

You say you have read the newbies FAQ thread but you look to have misunderstood all this
You have lost your opportunity to appeal and get a popla code.
You are now in the debt collectors stage. You ignore debt collectors - #4 in the newbies FAQ
The PPC has 6 years to start legal action against you.
If you get a proper letter before court action or court correspondence then don't ignore that correspondence.
Come back then to the newbies FAQ for advice on how to deal with the court0 -
Yes, you had a verbal contract which was overheard by others, and the PPC's own employee agreed that you would not the ticketed under these circs. All very good for a defence, should you get a claim. So my question to you for this parking fine is, because I had verbal consent from a warden himself and the barrier operator does that alter the contract terms for the parking clause? Surely if I was told I could park there and provide to witness statements then that would make this charge voidable?

so the plan is to send a blue template to the solicitors, who can then forward the appeal to TPS as they have given me the option to appeal?

I can't open the link due to a 3rd party hosting issue. I've had this problem before with photobucket. Can anyone else open it?I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

I have also uploaded on flikr if that's easier to view, not sure if you need to sign up to view though, however no 3rd party adds.

Seriously I would NOT use the template, you are not at appeal stage.... so the plan is to send a blue template to the solicitors, who can then forward the appeal to TPS as they have given me the option to appeal?
All they've given you is a false/lip service final 'chance' to dispute liability, so go ahead and dispute liability based on the verbal contract which allowed and specifically agreed for you to enter, and stop for loading purposes. In other words, write an assertive response about the fact you were authorised to park to load/unload, and use the Jopson case (usually used re residential car parks but IMHO it has application here).
This is pre-court and likely to go to a claim.
No template, no game-playing, this is not as simple as you seem to think. You will NOT get a POPLA code, you are not at appeal stage. This is pre-court posturing, so out-bluff them with a strong response, stating that any claim is 'misconceived' and doomed to fail, explaining why.
Treat it like a practice defence.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Like we said, this is not appeal stage, they are talking about if you dispute it (which you do). This is not 'appeal stage' nor will they happily pass on an irrelevant appeal template to TPS. So do as advised and do a robust response, more like the basis of a defence (may as well be assertive now).
Show us first. You should get ideas by reading Johnersh's recent posts. The other day he posted a concise defence (court claim stage) which referenced the Jopson case and he also posted last month, a suggested robust complaint/response to a solicitor's letter (Wright Hassall, in that case).
Merge the two posts, adapt it to suit, be REALLY assertive, and you will be there, I reckon.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thankyou, I will get on to writing my dispute up and will get back to you either later this evening or early tomorrow morning!
As I have had to of the legal action letters how would I handle the other one (where you can only see the number plates and parking notice- nothing else which states that I am on private property?)
Thanks again0
