    Hey guys,

Quick update: my appeal was unsuccessful and has now gone to POPLA

    Chris

And are you going to start your own thread and show us your draft POPLA appeal, first?

Oh dear. Good luck with that, sorry but it sounds like a lost POPLA appeal.

........ and sounds like the poster will be back in a few weeks time asking for help with a pretty inevitable county court claim from PE if this isn't paid following any loss at POPLA.

Come back at POPLA stage and search the forum first, for 'Tower Road POPLA Grace Observation'.

Make sure you keep evidence of the cellulitis - were you previously unsteady on your feet or infirm (sorry to ask directly, but I am just thinking you might have been entitled to more time if you already had a long-term medical condition)?

I've just logged back in after a few weeks. I've now got an email saying to make an appeal with POPLA. I've tried searching the forum and it's all a bit confusing.
They've attached a pdf saying I can appeal to POPLA
What do I do now ?

    Appeal to POPLA of course!

NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post # 3 provides you with template appeal points to form the basis of your appeal. Then do a forum search on 'ParkingEye Tower Road POPLA' to bring up some recent appeals for you to plagiarise and add to the basics from the sticky.

Then you post your draft up here for critique and fine tuning.

Have you been doing plenty of research on this while waiting for the outcome of your initial appeal? There are always Tower Road threads a-plenty during any holiday period.

Then you are searching wrong. Don't search the whole of MSE, search for posts on this board only.

When searching this forum, using the drop-down just above the sticky threads on the right, level with the new thread button, change the search to 'show POSTS' and you'll find what we are going on about, within seconds.

    Update 4

PE have threatened legal actions if I do not pay, despite POPLA telling me I was successful (both PE and POPLA records indicate my appeal was unsuccessful, despite my side of things - which have been documented with dates and printed- telling me I was successful.
@flamingpeanut, if you want advice start by reading the sticky threads at the top of page one - especially the one called "NEWBIES............."

Email the enforcement email address for PE, and supply them the transcript

When you complained to POPLA about the incorrect record of the outcome, what did they say?

    @Lamilad

Sorry to of offended you. People further up the thread asked for updates; I provided them what they asked for.

If it is distressing you, I will not post again on this thread - just let me know.

No one here has asked you to update anything. In fact Coupon-mad on 22/08/17 (post #23) suggested you start a thread of your own.

all you have to do is pm soolin or crabman and ask them to split the post into two, so yours becomes a new topic (thread)
