NS&I isa transfer

Both my wife and I have funds built up over number of isa's that are only enjoying .7%. How do I go about transferring to another account and do all allow transfers in. Can anyone recommend one I can transfer in to.

See http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/cash-isa-transfers, which explains both how to transfer and which cash ISAs accept transfers.
Or http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/which-saving-account will give a broader range of options beyond cash ISAs, given their poor rates....0 -

I can't recommend any cash ISA. There are better rates available elsewhere.0
