Would I be okay if I were approved, to use these just to pay course fees? I will be paying just under £2000 over 9months. However, if I were approved for any, then I could spread this cost outnwhich means I would be paying considerably less, and would mean I wouldn't be struggling to make ends meet so much. I also work part time and i am a single parent.

Yes - provided the course provider will accept CC payment without any admin fees.

Bear in mind, though, that once the 0% deal expires you'll be hit with the full standard APR for any remaining balance. So make sure you have savings available to pay off any remaining balance at the end of the deal.

You can in theory transfer any remaining balance to another 0% card - but you'll usually have to pay a balance transfer fee, also there's no guarantee you'll be accepted for another card.

I'm a Board Guide on the Credit Cards, Loans, Credit Files & Ratings boards. I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly, and I can move and merge threads there. Any views are mine and not the official line of moneysavingexpert.com

I will have cleared it way before the end term. As if not in the field I qualify in, I can up my hours again at work during holidays and after it's completion.

Tried that and it's recommending cards with very high %. Tried Sainsburys 0% and did a dummy run for the post office too with same rejection. In what way would a money transfer benefit me more? I have no current debt to transfer onto it apart from a small overdraft.

I asked if they accept card payment to which they said yes, but they didn't specifically say debit card or credit card. I don't mind paying a small admin fee for cc payments if it means I can manage the overall payments better. They do charge a £25 admin fee, but that is for the initial enrolment.
