Virgin/sky packages

Hi everyone i'm new to the site,

just wondering...if i have been miss-sold by virgin media after agreeing to leave sky - is there anything i can do as my contract with sky doesn't end until the end of the month

You'll have to give more details, but also bear in mind it is possible to have Sky and Virgin at the same address - why you'd want to is another matter but it is possible as they are two different technologies.

Anyway if you signed up to Virgin online or via door-to-door you'll have a cooling off period of 14 days to change your mind, this doesn't apply I don't think if you walk up to one of those advertising stalls and specifically say "I want Virgin".
