Are you in work today? Or can you try and have a nap?
Hope your day goes okay xx0 -
Oh no how annoying . Can you manage a nap in the daytime?
I woke up at 400am and never really got back to sleep properly after that. It happens to me if I'm a bit tense or my mind is too full of stuff

I'm at work today! With a 50 minute commute either way! So won't be home until 6. It's my own fault. I had proper coffee yesterday and that makes me like wake up and be awake! But I thought with my exercise and being so tired it would be OK!! Coffee is not my friend!0
