There's nothing like the fact that I'm going to have to run home uphill with anything I buy (in a backpack!) to make me put down any non-essentials! That way:
Workout achieved
Shopping done
No unnecessary spending
Bananas are probably not the best fruit to do this with though
That's a brilliant idea Lavender. It does deter me from shopping too much on a Saturday knowing I have to lug it all home on the bus
