Escalating a very overdue and silent Iberia Claim

Hello there, I'm looking for some advice and/or assistance in how to keep chasing up a claim against Iberia.

I won't bore you with how BA & Iberia ruined my holiday, but suffice to say, I'm 100 % sure that I'm owed compensation as per the main website's guidance.

I've escalated via Resolver as far as I can with the last level of escalation to the 'Agencia Estatal de Seguridad Aerea' raised back in May. I've not had any form of a response or acknowledgement from them and can't see how to contact them to chase this up? Does anybody have any ideas how I should do this? The Agencia Estatal de Seguridad Aerea website doesn't offer any clues even after being translated by an app.

Any help would be much appreciated.
