Windows 10 Update failing to install

Kb4034674 having problems with this update today where I get the Blue screen saying... Do not turn off computer with circles going round.. left it for over an hour and it was still doing it so turned PC off. It rebooted fine but when I check for updates it says it could not install updates error code Ox8007056b4? I have run trouble shooter and it said problems were fixed? and to restart which I did but it was doing the same thing again .Defender is switched off because I use another anti virus . Hope some one can help.
