Looking for a cheap prenup writing service

Hi, the cheapest prenup writing service that I found so far is around £800.
I feel a straightforward template document could be more cost effective.

Appreciate if you can share your recommendations either in the thread or via a PM.

Given prenups have very little legal weight, you'd be better spending £800 to be on her good side!

'cheap' and something that may need to stand up in court if the worst happens may seem like a good choice now but......

I choose cheap because even an expensive agreement has a good chance of having little weight in court.

Rather than discussing the merit of my OP or intentions I would really appreciate links or names of legal forms that may help.

You're looking to pay for something that you know will have next to no benefit.

I'd spend the money on either a solicitor to explain the legal implications that come with marriage, or a relationship counsellor so you can sort out any problems before making the commitment.

They don't exist because in English law prenups are not recognised.

They can provide an indication of intentions, but the court will weigh it up against the length of marriage, basically after 3 years it's worthless

So you're saying 'I know that it's more than likely a waste of money but I'll do it anyway but I don't want to pay a lot for it'.
That really is a bizarre way of looking at this.

    Then I can't help.
    I married for love.
Almost 30 years on, we're still together.
  • My prenuptial agreement says my wife gets the house, the car and sex six times a week.

I am currently listed as Friday.

Me too. Except it's 30 years plus. Going into marriage with such mistrust is a terrible idea.
