About 10k less than he's asking in the condition it is in.
However less than half that spent on the house and some decent pictures would bring viewers in at the current price.
It looks shabby and that is putting people off.
The actual area it's in has reasonable house prices.2.88 kWp System, SE Facing, 30 Degree Pitch, 12 x 240W Conergy Panels, Samil Solar River Inverter, Havant, Hampshire. Installed July 2012, acquired by me on purchase of house in August 20170 -

I do not believe that the fundamental drivers of such economies are any different now than they have been for most of the 20th century where the only extraneous factor was the boost given by wars. Without another war the cycle will surely keep on repeating.0 -

We don`t know what is putting people off for sure though do we? It might just be price?0 -
Its very likely price alone isn't the issue as people are viewing the property online, more likely its price/condition.
ref my earlier post, a few hundred spent on that place might be better than a few k dropped. If you don't have the time, pay someone else to do the work, or drop the price further.0 -
I'm sorry but those pictures are terrible and doing you no favours
Pic 2. I'd get rid of it altogether. Or put it right at the end
Pic 3 sofa looks like it's floating in the middle of an already thin room. Move than table out of the bottom corner and push the sofa right back
Pic 4 declutter
Pic 5 move the black plastic drawers
Pic 7 fridge magnets are killing me. Declutter and better angled picture0 -
It's obviously not cheap enough to tempt buyers looking for a project, and looks too shabby for FTBs who don't have the spare cash for decorating.
Pic 2 shows a corner of a yard, featuring a plastic shed, two bins and a ropey looking wall. If it's that grim don't bother.
The bathroom ceiling looks grubby with mould and the tiles and window both look fuzzy and wet. Either take a better picture or sort the condensation out.
Sometimes I think estate agents are competing amongst themselves to take the most amateurish pictures of a property's worst features. They are an EYESORES!!!!0 -
the fact I am not an idiot like Gordon Brown and therefore still believe that the capitalist economies of the world are based on cyclical boom and bust, having lived through 3 so far in my own lifetime.

So your evidence is 'belief'. Excellent.0
