Hi my daughter has been offered a mobile phone upgrade but does not fancy anything on offer and wants to stick with her phone she has now. With the contract she is on she can more or less have any phone, well her laptop was recently stolen, and she has little money so she was thinking of taking a new phone and selling it to raise some cash to buy a laptop.

So the obvious question now is which phone is the most expensive phone, so she can make the biggest amount of cash.

Any help appreciated.

  • You can get £250ish for the Nokia N95.

you could try getting a £50 laptop via carphone warehouse and getting a phone to sell at the same time.
if she has a decent contract then she prob pays as much as she would on this sort of thing.
only draw back is the time on the contract 18 to 24 months.

if you went with the orange deal you could then get the free broadband by ringing after getting the deal.

    worth a look online anyway

Look at some of the smart phones/pda's such as the xda orbit or newer, these can fetch up to £300 with ease.
  • If you are looking fora really expensive mobile phone, take a look at Vertu, but I do not think that you would be offered one of these free unless you are on a VERY expensive contract.

If shes on O2 might be a good idea to also go for the Iphone. seems OK. But also most smarphone/PDA's/blackberrys are expensive.

Or she coud probably not take a phone and ask for a line rental discount instead - generally will be worth more than you can get for a phone on ebay without the risk / hassle
    I think....

i saw them in the H.Samuels (one of those type of shops)

    but imo
just get a line rental discount and get a allright phone
