Entrants can also take part in the Disney Dreams Giveaway even if they can’t be in the theme parks through a mail-in entry throughout the UK, USA and Canada from January 1 2008 until December 31 2008. Prizes include three opportunities to visit five Disney Resorts around the world on a fourteen-night VIP trip and several chances to experience a holiday aboard Disney Cruise Line. Some prizes such as the Castle stay require same-day use so mail-in winners will receive a prize of comparable value. UK citizens can enter up to once a day by sending their name, address, telephone number and date of birth to Disney Dream Giveaway, 483 Green Lanes, London N13 4BS. Entries must be received by 14th January 2009. Full details of the Disney Dreams Giveaway can be found at disneyparks.com/2008rules. .:beer:Any war that lasts for longer than five years should be declared a draw.:beer:0 -

poo...
i'm really annoyed. started entering competitions early/mid December time (and have been doing A LOT), but whenever i've entered i've allways used my mobile phone as the contact number (i'm a poor little student so have no home phone) and the other day my mobile broke, well to be honest i accidently put it in the washing machine with my load of clothes, i've had one win so far, which i wasn't even notified about but just arrived, and was wondering whether -genrually- competition winners tend to get contacted with regards to winning by email (which i can obvioulsy reply to and thus claim) or phone, as i'm worried that i might be missing out (on the assumption i might win something)? Or do you think companies would be inclined to contact me via email should they not be able to get in verbal contact with me? What are peoples personal experiences with this matter when having won a prize?
Thankyou, hope one and all have had a nice day.Carax.0 -
:hello: dante
I've only ever had one phone call to say I've won a competition all the rest have been email, letter or they just turn up!
I wouldn't worry about it too much0 -
Thankyou kipper, given your post count and 'board guide' status i think you probably (just about) have enough authority on the matter to ease my mind somewhat.
All the best, dante.Carax.0 -
Has anyone else noticed that quite a few comp sites are down at the moment?!0
