I did wonder about these discussions if they could be bunged in Game Over and indexed from somewhere else - nothing happens to the threads in Game Over do they? They just sort of stay there? And that way we could just have a thread for each thing - How many comps do you enter? How long 'til you won? What autofill programme you use? etc. etc.

That's not a half bad idea - maybe a sticky thread on Comps forum to say look at these threads in Game Over & then sticky all the 'like' discussions together in their own separate threads (eg, the ones you mention up there :D ) Then we could point people in the direction of the single sticky to find out all the info about how many, how long & what prog :D

Now there's the idea what happens next.... :rotfl:
Sad because you don't know what to do? Comping question? Take a look in the Comping Guide to find out

I haven't been comping that long so still quite naive. For all you seasoned compers who have won loads do you always get confirmation emails or phone calls to let you know you've won? Or do you have to check back on the original websites of the competitons to see if you're a winner? If this is so how do you keep track of all the websites you've been to? I've been very busy comping this weekend and have got about 300 (!!!) between now and next September and I don't want to be checking up on them (iykwim ;) )

    HNY everyone btw xxx

Hi. Sometimes you will get an email, phone call or letter saying that you have won and advising when the prize will be sent out. Very often though prizes just arrive in the post. It is worth typing your name into Google or another search engine occasionally to see if your name comes up on any winner's lists on any websites etc.
2022 wins include.... £1,000 cheque £150 ASDA gift card £250 Impericon gift voucher £100 cheque £100 of plant bulbs £100 Bower Collective voucher

Thanks for that. I did google my name yesterday as I read someone thinks they've wona notw prize. I had some very dodgy things come up (nothing to do with me :rotfl: ). I did see my mse name!!

    Hi Toniq

Can you PM one of the Board Guides if you want this moved to the Discussions thread?
I don't think they have time to read through each thread looking for things to move ;)

    Thanks
