Thanks, I have the letter draughted out, do i just use the template on its own, or will i add to it that i parked in a corner bay with the minibus so minimal effect on anyone else using the car park

Sorry for the confusion, I logged on last time from my ipad, I didnt even know that I must of had an old account on here.

That bawheid account is mine as well, can admin delete either one of the accounts as I genuinely didnt know that I had both accounts.

No, use template as is.

They would have to convince a judge that that is worthy of a charge, in an empty car park.

I have reviewed the photographic evidence (which I have attached for your reference). From these photographs we can see that your vehicle is not over the line and encroaching into another bay however is too long for the spaces on this car park. As our height restriction barrier was taken down to be fixed, we are prepared to cancel this PCN as a gesture of goodwill as in normal circumstances this vehicle could not enter this car park, however we would like to remind you that it is the drivers responsibility to read the signage on site and the terms and conditions of parking.

We now consider this matter closed.
