I used olive oil, I'm not sure it would work as well if you used butter.

Oh remembered another thing, make sure the eggs are wiped if one or more breaks, I didn't do it properly once, they stuck to the egg rack in the fridge then smashed as I went to take them out, what a mess!One day I might be more organised...........
