    Parking charge = £60
    You have paid = £60

You have settled the amount for Euro in full.

CANCEL any future payments to DRP as the extra £50 goes
into their pocket and as you have no contract with them that
relates to the parking charge, they cannot do anything

As long as they have paid Euro the £60, Euro will no longer
be interested and can go no further

I suspect you were hoodwinked by DRP making wild claims
to scare you ? Not something a court would appreciate

Thank you for the information. Would it be worth while contacting the company originally issuing the fine to say that I had paid £60 to DRP therefore fine is paid, thus clearing me from being chased for any further payments?

I personally would not, just cancel

You can expect some stupid letters with idiotic threats but
just ignore them. It is highly possible that DRP will hang
themselves. You have never agreed to their £50 add on

There is nothing to worry about, let's see how this plays out
and please come back here should they start behaving badly

You could do, but it's unlikely to make much difference. DRP want their cut for taking the case on. If they hand over your £60 to the PPC, they get nothing. They work on a no win, no fee basis.

There's no easy answer to this other than telling you to ignore anything else, then see what happens. You're entangled with an out of control, money hungry skimdustry that only knows when to stop when they've hacked every ounce of their pound of flesh from you.

    !!!!!! - IT'S NOT A FINE!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I'm with @Ryandavis1959 on this one. There is an admission of liability and the facts of the case appear to support a breach of contract.

Suggest the advice on this one "suck it up" - unless someone wants to volunteer doing any defence for a SP case.

You think ECP will raise a SP case? They rarely even do court in England ... I doubt they'll start in Scotland.
