Currys not refunding in full

Standard delivery was free. Nothing else ordered.
Next day delivery was £29.99 but increased throughout the day as slots were filled. So ended up at £39.99. I said this wasn't fair as I couldn't order it on line and they reduced the price by the £10.
It transpired that they had no intention of delivering it next day despite taking the money and would deliver it 7 days later.
They refunded the money but made a mistake re the reduction given and took it off the refund (mad I know) and didn't get the sums right. The man on the phone acknowledged this and said it would be sorted but it hasn't.
Contact your card provider. Failing that, send currys an LBA.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
I wonder if they've considered the cancellation a change of mind cancellation and only refunded the cost of standard delivery? This is permitted by the CCRs for change of mind cancellations, but only makes sense where the goods were actually delivered.0
