Update:
Got a reply from BW Legal saying that their client are still planning on court action and they have applied to the court, they have attached the directions questionnaire but I’ve not received the official one from the court as of yet so I’m waiting for that.
ICO replied basically saying that BP have done nothing wrong in this instance with my personal information and are ok to have used the details they have.... which is a bit annoying.
Will go read sticky no2 again and see what to do next.
Cheers0 -
Check MCOL, see if the court thinks its sent one to you
Or you just download your own N180. easy
The ICO is useless on this.0 -
I've just updated the list in post #61 to include:
- Do not be surprised to receive a copy of the Claimant's Directions Questionnaire, they are just trying to put you under pressure.
- Wait for your DQ from the CCBC, or download one from the internet, and then re-read post #2 of [URL="https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread[/URL] to find out exactly what to do with it.

DQ has arrived today, just in time to hang over me for Christmas. I’ve got until the 7th to send it back but aiming to do it all on Saturday when I’m at work so will be having a thorough read up on what to do.0

Post 2 again
This is a simple document, essentially giving the court directions on when to hear a case (or rather, when not to), which court to send to, and how long roughly to allocate.0 -
DQ now filled in as per the advise in Bargepoles post regards Court Claim Procedure, very useful and helpful post, so thank you for that.
Now all set to be returned in the post back to the court and a photocopy posted to BW Legal - will get proof of postage to both just in case.
Hopefully wont hear anything until after xmas now and I can relax a bit.0 -
Send your completed Directions Questionnaire as a pdf attachment to the same email address that you sent your Defence. See post #61 for that address.0

I effectively received two letters in one from BW Legal, the first is a response to my defence with various background explanations as to the charge, the signage and how they are within their right to ask for £100 charge and ultimately saying that they are willing to resolve the matter on an amicable basis if I just give them £244.46. And then attached to the same letter is another letter saying that they notice that after responding to my defence (which in their clients view has little or no prospects of success) I haven't responded to their offer (Which I received in the same envelope) and are now asking for £165 to settle, giving me until the17th Jan.
I posted my DQ back but it hasn't been updated on my MCOL account so I emailed them a copy incase they had not had it due to the new years bank holiday etc (I didn't see Keiths message to say to email it in the first place, I followed the instruction on the DQ and posted it so hopefully they allow it as the email was on the 8th and should have been in by the 7th, I have a certificate of postage for the hard copy I posted)0
