does anyone have any advice on which to use or chose I have read some of the articles but it is overwhelming to say the least.
I do know that I wish to make monthly investments maybe even weekly but only into a fund not interested in stocks or sharesSealed Pot Challenge 10 - #5710 -
I have little knowledge about money/investing, however, I have seen that depending on which fund you want to invest in, the charges can vary considerably. I have found my chosen fund on H&L for a yearly charge of 0.55% and nothing for monthly deposits, while on Fidelity it was over 1%.0

You need to check: platform charge, regular dealing charge (if any), minimum amount for regular investments.
I think you need to understand your platform choice well enough to do this yourself. I would start by looking at Halifax and Vanguard for starters.0 -

Don't invest until you understand the jargon. A little googling of terms and you'll soon learn. If you are interested in Vanguard products just buy from them directly at Vanguard.co.uk.“So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past.”0 -
If you are putting it into a S&S ISA as opposed to a Pension then I would think, as you want a Vanguard fund that they are likely to be the cheapest for a relatively low monthly investment.0
