Saving for driving lessons

I'm 32 next year and I can't drive! I'm so desperate to learn now I live somewhere a bit rural so the saving has begun. I only have £35 so far but hoping to have £400 by January so I can book in a block of lessons

Hi there linzeeloulabelle driving lessons are so expensive aren't they, but worth every penny when you are able to get around in your own car, especially if you live in a rural area with not very good public transport. Good luck with your savings

If you have any relatives/friends that could drive they could possibly teach you on how to drive, for a discounted price or even free.

    Requirements
    • A Registered road worthy vehicle.
    • Provisional insurance on the vehicle.
    • 2x L plates
    • Time & patience.

    Hope this helps :)

If you learn with family or friends there are also some age requirements

  • Learning to drive and having a car is probably the most expensive thing I’ve done however is now a massive essential to everyday life. Good luck with getting lessons, it really is worth it!
  • You should ask your friends or relatives to teach you for free. Therefore, you can save moneys. besides, you can get more money from selling old things which you don't need to use.
