vodafone live repeatedly charging me more than £1

  • I'd forgotten about this - the SIM had been used for data for about two years in many different countries without any charge - at first I wondered whether what I had been told was correct and repeated usage showed that whilst the usage was logged there was no charge.

    Long story short - an email to Mr. Aarons got a response, they knew that the billing system was up the swannee, and I got £1300 refund, I tried to push it further but I could tell that I was just about to push it too far. £1300 refund was better than nothing.
