Anyone know who to escalate to ?
So have they stopped doing or are they more expensive ?
You coild try to escalate it to 1 of the below
The government, No
The Police, No
Trading Standards, No
The FBI, No
They can as a business can choose to not to offer an item or increase the price of it, gives people the choice or go elsewhere or continue to buy.
You can inform Subway that your not happy with the change and wont be using them anymore.0 -
A stern letter, written in green ink, usually does the trick. Send it to the store manager and ask for it to be forwarded to the regional manager.0

Escalate how ?
What is it that you hope to achieve ?
Someone who works in subway head office has decided to alter their pricing on one of their items.
This is a daily occurance in business and it is really nothing to do with you, as a consumer
The company can sell what it likes, at whatever price it likes.
You , as a consumer, can choose either to purchase it, or not0 -
I'm waiting for the meatball jokes to start....Some days, it's just not worth chewing through the leather straps....
LB moment - March 2006. DFD - 1 June 2012!!! DEBT FREE!
May grocery challenge £45.61/£1200 -
No offence intended to the OP, but why should there be someone to complain to? have we become such a nanny state that everything is controlled? Deals end, prices increase, it's always been the way and I suspect always will be.
And as for meatballs, we only get Subway posts and meatball threads during Summer holidays, oh...0 -
Subway aren't leagally obliged to do any deals and often vary their special offers, just as all other retailers do.
Write a letter to Customer Services, stating that you enjoy eating at Subway and you are disappointed that they've stopped doing a special offer on the salads.
As it is, they haven't stopped serving salads and they still do special meal deals.
Try getting out more and varying your diet. Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway... :huh:0 -
