    I agree, only reason they are still in business is all those expensive contracts they flog to clueless people, at the end of the day they are there to make money, just a shame they have no shame..

    Wasn' t that just before the point where the company was forced to accept it was overcharging? If so, at the time they were merely doing what CPW usually do and trying to get away with it.
