    Looks as though you're in for a few weeks of frustration.
    Hopefully, the machine will be filled atleast once per week & thus any money in the purge bin will be returned to the cash depot for balancing.
    It's only at this time that the process usually starts.
    Also you may hope that the machine has electronic journal or they will have to request the paper roll as verification!!!!
    A relative, who is a customer of Abbey is currently into his 5th week for £300, for an alleged machine malfunction, even though this occurred in an Abbey branch
