100 points = £1 in Perks but it's going to take a long time to get any decent voucher amounts. This means it's a win for them as we won't be paid as often especially as there isn't a PayPal option.

Surely we would get 500 points to exchange for a voucher for the surveys?
    Is there a minimum redeem?
    I dident look.

I'll be glad to switch to the electronic vouchers - I had two £5 vouchers for correctly deliveryed and unaddressed mail surveys turn up in the last week or so, one came in normal post and the other by special delivery (signed for). As there is rarely anyone around in the mornings to receive signature items its a real pain - had to get it redelivered to our local post office, which costs 70p :(

The FAQ is rather sparce, nothing about minimums but just:

When will I receive my order?
E-certificates should arrive within two business days, but may arrive at up to five business days. Love2Shop vouchers will be mailed to the address provided during redemption. You should receive your voucher within 4-6 weeks from placing your order. If you have not received your voucher 6 weeks after placing your order, please contact Customer Support

What a pain on the £10 LTS physical.
I was saving them for a friends birthday.

  • My granddaughter won't be impressed. I use the vouchers (and top up money) to buy her summer/winter clothes and she loves to count them up on her visits.

Has this already started? I was missing vouchers for correctly delivered and unaddressed. I messaged and a few days later received one voucher via signed for post. Messaged again asking where the other voucher was. They replied saying it has been ordered. I am still waiting.

Who on earth have they got writing the Newsletter stuff on their website? The latest one seems to be about playing with your food and a rock dummer. I'm not sure what they have to do with posting test mail or have they just given up on trying to get us to notice them? :rotfl:
