How do people feel about them moving to digital vouchers in the future?
It obviously makes life easier for them but I hate the idea and prefer the paper ones. It seems though that we're not going to have a choice.
I rarely use my mobile smart phone as I,m not very techie competent so I suspect they probably will end up not being cashed in.

Being a techie I'm all for it. I understand we are not all the same and prefer the paper voucher.

On the very few occasions I've been asked I reply origami, which is true as the box does contain some folded paper.

You don't need a smart phone to use the vouchers surely? I assume there will be a range of options, some of which will be vouchers (simply a code) off online purchases, some might be virtual vouchers on a smartphone screen and some might be physical gift cards that can be topped up.

That's my assumption anyway - maybe I'm wrong. We'll find out soon!
