Thanks for your explanation. Obviously the system isn't working properly because five times in recent weeks Ive recorded a Smart number which they weren't expecting and it hasn,t logged up onto my Held database Smarts. There my be. Number of new people on the panel who don,t understabd the process properly.
I recently had one individual who even out her name and address label on the back of her posting envelope !

That's a thought (potential scam e-mail) it would be an excellent time for someone to get into your account and divert any points earned. I understand this has happened to people collecting reward points in other things such as Tesco ?& Morrisons. I've had the message as well, but hadn't noticed where it came from, or even thought to check that the web address I would resign in to and go over my details again. Hmmm?

Not sure if this is helpful to anyone else but I'll put it out there just in case.
I have just had an online chat with a Perks person (the new reward scheme RM are using instead of sending us vouchers). I like using the physical vouchers in TKMaxx etc but don't want to wait x weeks to get enough for the £10 physical giftcard and then 2-5 weeks for it to arrive.
So I thought that if I got a giftcard for the first redemption then I would be able to top up the balance with e-codes for my next redemptions, so I could then keep spending in the bricks and mortar shops and cash out in smaller amounts.
But you can't. So that's a shame.LD 12.25 £1600.00/£0700.00 Fn £274.00 LTFn £525 LLTFn £300

I've just tried to log in and got the following message:
"This account has been closed for survey participation. Click “contact us” if you need assistance."
I know that I am currently 'resting' between main survey phases but I regularly participate in the correctly address and unaddressed surveys.
Has anyone else has this?
I have sent an them an email but was curious in the meantime
I phoned them today and they said my account had been auto-closed due to not responding to invites. I told them I thought this was wrong as I always respond and have not had an invite for the main survey since April. I keep all the emails and always check my spam folder in case. They have since reinstated my account
Just thought I would post an update in case anyone else gets the same0 -

I would have preferred paypal or at least the option to have paypal or giftcards.0 -
Most of my Love to Shop voucher I use on impulse buys. Just happened to be in Debenhams today and bought something in the sale. You cant plan things like that 5 to 6 weeks in advance to await delivery.0

I don't mind the change to this new system as the Amazon vouchers will be pretty useful. Plus, this will reduce the likelihood of "lost / missing / never sent" vouchers in the post (as has been the case in recent times), which might eliminate the need to keep track of the vouchers you're expecting to receive.
I also think the Love to Shop Gift Card option is not too bad for those who want to stick to physical gift cards. The only downside is that you have to wait to accumulate enough points for £10 (instead of £5). Under the old system you still had to wait several weeks to receive the vouchers from the time you completed the task (with the exception of APL reimbursements) - I would expect points to be credited to your account much faster and perhaps instantaneously once a task has been marked as completed. Also with a gift card, you can basically spend any amount and keep a balance on the card.
The APL reimbursements would be better if they had a paypal option as, under both the new and old systems, it doesn't seem right that you have to spend your own money to take part in a survey and then only be allowed to spend the reimbursement at a selection of retailers. The fact that you get a top up makes up for this slightly, and my take on it is that it's like buying gift cards for a discount.
On balance, I think the new system may have its advantages.0 -
Can't see the rewards on the updated app, only on the website.
Not the best way to encourage people to use it.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Anyone know how the Love To Shop gift card works , I understand i can save "Points" untill i have enough for a gift card, Say i have a £10 one , can i get another card with £10 on when i have enough , or does the money get added to the same card? Hope you know what i mean , I usually give the vouchers to a few family members at Christmas ,0
