I'm not sure whether I'd even know what the question was actually asking.
Seems poorly worded - is it a method for inducting people instead of what they do now?
Or are the actually asking "Should we include Parcel Collect in the initial training for panellists?
Its a fairly new service from Royal Mail where they collect your parcel(s) from your home for a small additional fee. I wasn't one of the members testing it, but it sounds like it might get rolled out to all panellists eventually. Anything that stops me having to trek to the post office has got to be a good thing. What would the incentive be to stay indoors then until the parcel is collected? If they pay 200 points now to drop it off at the PO, will it be less or even zero? The low rate of 'pay' (stamps) is putting a lot off ATM, what with them also pushing for the app to be used etc.“You’re only here for a short visit.

I wouldn’t be giving up my weekends to wait around for parcels to be collected!“Hardware: The parts of a computer system that can be thrown out of the nearest window!”0 -

Is anyone else finding that vouchers are being delayed. I had a previous problem with a M&S voucher & this order is also for M&S one. I did eventually receive the earlier one after much chasing. As i am being removed from the panel & my account closed shortly (so no access at all) I intend to ensure I get this last voucher which used up my final points.
I know a number of other posters were having problems earlier.
I begin to wonder if they are deliberately withholding the voucher!0 -

There’s an update on the app regarding the delays receiving vouchers.

I just missed a call from Kantar today - they left me a voicemail asking me to post my one outstanding item and enter the data! It was a single item carried over from last week because I couldn't get out to post it on the correct day - as they ask us to do if not possible to post on the specified day. I could understand if I'd been sat on it for weeks....but 7 days??? It was literally sat there for posting this afternoon. You would think they had better things to do with their time!

Posting pack received last Friday had an extra 1st large envelope enclosed that wasn't required for any items... they told me to keep it and use or dispose of it as I wish.1 -
Just got an invite for the panel back (doing CD atm). Apparently my first pack isn't until end of Dec but not sure if I'll have training stuff beforehand.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Experienced panellists are no longer being asked to do training - we just start on the survey straightaway - took them long enough!
