No posting pack for this week or next and today they have asked for all my SMARTs back.  Assume I am at the end of my current 6 month stint (started in July 2020) but no message to say so on the website so far.

I was just offered a survey.. before you all get too excited, it was one of their "special ones" - this one about posting habits

This too happened to me so I contacted them asking if in fact my 6 months had ended. I received a reply that just informed me that they apologised and my final period incentive stamps would be mailed to me within 7 days. No last mailing pack as has been usual in the past.

Has anyone posted a parcel using the new mailbag system please. I'm a bit confused what we do with the manifest? I assume the post office signs it, do we then keep it or do they?
    Thanks in advance
I sent my first mailbag yesterday, didn't know what to expect, but when I handed over the manifest it was scanned, I was asked how many bags I had, then the manifest was stamped and handed back to me, then I was told to just leave the bag in a corner. I have 2 post offices local to me so I will see what happens when I use the other one.

I'm guessing the manifest is like a proof of posting receipt and scan actually registers the sack in the system? Haven't had any myself though and am pretty new to the panel so i could be totally wrong.

I suspect you’ve been sent an item that was intended for someone else. Does the label with the item ID inside the letter have your post code on it? If it’s a different post code, you’ll need to get in touch with Kantar.
