That worked out nicely didn't it - getting the Feb stamps for one item! I got my 4 week e-mail at the end of December - I've got nothing on the website for this week or next, no grey bags so I seem to have finished but no Presentation Pack yet. I'll give them a couple of days then e-mail.

I must either be lucky or in an unpopular area* - I do Undelivered almost every month and Correctly Delivered every time it's offered, so sometimes both are running simultaneously or I go straight from one to the other.

I've had loads of cubes to post this time around, has anybody else noticed an increase?

In the cycle just finished, I have certainly had more cubes and fewer CD/DVD boxes or Jiffy Bags compared to previous years. I haven't actually counted but it also seems that more of the envelopes were to go from a PO rather than any box.

Strange one.
On my paper posting schedule on a letter for tomorrow it states to add smart..
Went online to allocate a smart but no mention of adding a smart.
Bit confused never had this before.
Has anyone else come across conflicting advice.

So you don't want to know the probably reason that you didn't get the designated leaflets that TNS wanted you to specifically identify and record.

This happens sometimes. Always worthwhile to make sure you check online before completing the post items as that is the up to date information.

I also had the email but no availability when I checked. I don't mind doing either the UMS or CDS as it is easy money for me.
