For example I log a letter on say the 3rd. Then a few days later I get a query from Kantar stating the last time the item was logged in the Royal Mail system was the second and can I confirm the date received. It isn'y any bother to confirm but I was just wondering if this is a common thing.2

Seems to be - I had a query just now on a received item when I visited the website, my third query so far and I've only been back on the main survey since July. Its likely because Royal Mail are nowhere near meeting their first class delivery target at the moment (due to covid-19) - it should be 93% but its currently 64% in my area. I know my items logged as received have the correct details as I always double check everything before I submit. Seems to be a common problem at the moment unfortunately.

Several posters have queried whether they have received the correct stamp allowance recently.
I started back on the panel mid July, and on 7th July received the welcome pack containing presentation pack and two booklets of stamps (as expected). I assumed that later I would receive the incentives for August, but none received.
This morning I received 2 packets of first-class stamps included in pack for posting, and the letter states that these are September incentives.
Wondering whether I should have received August incentive stamps, or whether this sounds correct.
Thanks for any help.1 -

I have just restarted on the panel after what must have been a 3 year break. The workload seems to be a higher than usual and with lower reward, but am going to stick with it and see.Could someone remind me of whether I need to keep the envelopes and packages that have arrived or just the chips and discard the rest? Also what's with the new points system? So you get points as well as stamps that you spend on vouchers?1

I was expecting a delivery on Friday of a guaranteed next day letter which arrived yesterday. Our postie informed me that there was no delivery Thursday and it is now policy that on a posties day off there will now not be a delivery. His day off next week is Saturday and he says not to expect mail that day. I wonder if this is being factored into the survey results passed onto Royal mail?

You don't need to keep the envelopes/packaging.
The points are a reimbursement for the cost of sending a cube/parcel where you need to pay for the AOL and as a bonus for the extra effort. They've replaced the love2shop vouchers they used to send out. There's nothing extra for the post box postings. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.2
