Kantar - Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel

I got a correctly delivered survey  starting on 17th August 2020.1 hour after email, first I have managed to get this side of lockdown

I received my first posting pack in July and have posted / received several items.

With my first posting pack I received the starting presentation pack (as expected) and a set of 12 x 1st and 4 x LL.  I assumed these were the July incentive stamps.

From memory the incentive stamps are sent out a month or so in advance so I was expecting to receive the August incentive stamps in a subsequent July posting pack.

To date I've not received any additional 1st / LL stamps.

Before I chase Kantar I'd appreciate thoughts on whether my interpretation is correct.  Have other participants already received their August incentive stamps?

I received August stamps on 11 July. They do now seem to be sending a note with them stating  the month that applies which saves confusion.

If my memory is working correctly when you receive incentive stamps it comes with a note saying which period it covers.

Glad they are still sending these notes - they're useful for tracking the incentives.

I also restarted in July and have only received my initial stamps and presentation pack - will wait and see when the next batch of stamps arrive and if they are for September then will get in touch with Kantar to chase up my August stamps.

Just had a survey item delivered in a plastic bag (we’re sorry we’ve destroyed your mail).

The contents were a third of an envelope and two thirds of the contents and no RFID. Not sure how I log that one...

If I report it to Kantar, I will no doubt get taken off the panel because I’m sure the post man now knows that I’m on the panel (although, I’m sure he knew before because there is nothing at all suspicious about the plastic parcels in varying colours that all have the same return address...)

New one on me today, a usual brown envelope from HM Revenue & Customs (I'm self employed so not a surprise for them to write to me) which actually turned out to be a test letter!

Since the survey resumed Kantar have asked me to confirm almost every letter I've logged I always log them the day I receive them but Kantar seem to think I should have had them the day before. For example I log a letter on say the 3rd. Then a few days later I get a query from Kantar stating the last time the item was logged in the Royal Mail system was the second and can I confirm the date received. It isn'y any bother to confirm but I was just wondering if this is a common thing.

I had quite a few when we  resumed after lockdown, I'm resting now so I don't know if the problems continued in my area.
