I have now been asked to return all RFID's that were put into old test items that were prepared. I assume. I have to shred these items but not to assume anything I have asked them to confirm.
How was that communicated to you ?  Message, e-mail, return RFID box ?

    edit .......
Just this minute received a welcome back e-mail stating my posting pack is on its way - lucky they told me as I would never have guessed what those 2 black bags postie delivered this morning were !
Anyway, in the text was the following
    • Any items you held on to or prepared before we paused the survey, you don't need to send - take out any RFIDs and dispose of the paperwork.
    • Any RFIDs that you prepared before the pause should now be back in your stock as 'Available', so you can use them when preparing new sender items. Check 'RFIDs to Return' on your dashboard to see if we need any returning.
    • We'll send you the stamps you've earned over the pause period by the end of June at the latest.
    • We're extending your 6-month participation period another 4 weeks just this once - we hope this is fine with you. If you received a message notifying you the end of your participation period is coming to an end before we paused the survey, please disregard it. We'll remind you when your rest period is approaching.

RFIDs are not back in my stock though, they are still in the inside unsent items category apart from the one that went over last week.

I got my first posting pack but I thought I was meant to get a presentation pack and stamps? This is my second stint. Was on panel last year for 8 months. Just got asked to return? Please could someone tell me if things have changed?

Same for me too in that the RFID is still show as in the item.  I also still haven’t received my posting pack for items to be sent out at the start of next week so hopefully it will arrive tomorrow otherwise I might be late in sending them.

anyone know what they mean by extending the stint by 4 weeks? I started in February so do they mean that I would have stopped at the end of July but it will now be the end of August? Or is the 6 months starting again so I will now finish at Christmas, rather than the end of November?

Depends if your first posting pack is training items or real items to post.  They no longer give us any stamps for the training period and you only get your first stamps and presentation pack when you receive your first real posting pack for your stint - if this is the type of posting pack you have received then I would drop them a message to say you haven't received your stamps and pack :)

Next weeks posting pack arrived today. Also as per their instructions I have shredded all former test items. TBH I had thought about using the stamps on those items but decided against as they may have something special about them. Besides it would probably be dishonest.

Had an invitation back onto the main posting panel last night. Usually get that at the beginning of July. I expect it will start with weeks of training again, you would think after doing it for 4 years they would not bother with that.

    Have to agree Millie.
I think the retraining is a waste of time.

Definitely no difference in the stamps. The letters have to look like genuine letters; they cannot make the test items stand out by using anything different. I would also argue it's environmentally bad to shred stationery that has already been paid for yet is un-used. TNS cannot officially say to use the stamps yourselves because that would be against their Royal Mail contract whereby they are giving out stamps for testing. I suspect i'm in the minority on MSE though to be fair. Obviously re-using stamps is a big no-no but I feel this is different as they have been paid for yet have not been through the postal system.

Nevertheless I have my first new testing item to be posted out tomorrow. Yet I don't have my posting pack. I also saw the message that everybody's panel time would be increased by 4 weeks. I also received a message yesterday to say my time on the panel is coming to an end (again....I received the message prior to lockdown as well). I suspect I received the message 3 weeks prior to lockdown.... They then extended me by 4 weeks.... Hence I'm almost off the panel as soon as restarting. At least I'll get the stamps for April & May :)

Also agree that retraining is a complete waste of time.
You are lucky. I finished in February and haven't been called back.
