Anyone have problems with the app today? It shuts down on me when I click enter after entering all the received item details.

I stood by the post box for 3-4 minutes waiting for the app to open. I gave up in the end and went home and did it manually.

Yep - just went to the postbox and opened the app. First it told me my item wasn't prepared (it was as its a carryover from last week) and then it said I had no internet - with my 4G sign blaring in the corner of my phone. Gave up and just posted it and will log manually.

I got an email at the end of October to say I was back on from 9 December but last night, had a message in the system to say that the start date was wrong and it would be 4 weeks from when the email was sent, being the end of November. Still none the wiser, but given the above, I have no idea if I’m on it or not!

Similar....4 weeks have past, no posting packs received!

    Also email stated:

'If you’re new to the survey, or have not participated in the last 12 months, there will be a 4-week introductory phase to help get you up and running'

As I have participated within the last 12 Months I take that to read no training phase....guess what

Items to post next week apparently, according to item preparation tab on website and they are test items!!!!

You could not make this up.

exactly the same happened to me yesterday...I emailed them at the end of last week and assumed the newly appeared items were in response to that email, however it looks like its an auto generation as you have I think received exactly the same as me.
I have had the long running battle of getting back on the panel since July and this is now the 5th time in that period that I re start training.
I wonder how long this stint will be before I'm dropped again

I should have finished two weeks ago but still have another two weeks of posting packs sitting there. Maybe someone needs to buy Kantar a good calendar :D

I’ve got loads of SMART/RFIDs to return. Could someone remind me of the maximum number that can safely go in a return envelope?

    Returning RFIDs
If you have a RFID for over a week that isn’t showing in your
stocklist, please return it to us in a RFID Return Envelope.
Sometimes we will ask you to return a RFID to us. This will
show up in 'RFIDs to return' at the top of your dashboard and
under 'Return to Kantar TNS' on the RFID stock page.
You’ll be sent RFID Return Envelopes regularly. Each one holds
    up to eight RFIDs.
You can order more envelopes by going to
Messages and selecting category 'Request Stationery' from
the drop down list or by searching for the keyword 'envelope'
    in the Help section.

Although I've sent back 10 in one envelope (since I didn't have another) on a couple of occasions:D
