    its an item that someone has purchased from you and has paid postage costs for...to refund the cost would be difficult for you both...or you are sending this as a test item to a friend,its quite fragile and you both need to see how it travels and holds up through the postal system as you are considering starting up an ebay shop selling them countrywide.

    I once even had the lovely lady at a PO offer to drop off a local parcel I was sending for the survey...apparently it was in the same street as she lived.

    I ended up making a host of excuses,all of which I'm sure she never believed....but I've never used that post office since for fear of further interrogation on local items.

    Yay got my "taking a break" message today - apparently end of next week, which is odd as I already have a posting pack for the week after that, typical Kantar :D

    I had my take a break message saying the same on December 3rd and I have items showing on the app to post up to 6th January. So much for the end of next week.

    Got my invite at my new address yesterday, so pleased��would have been handy to get it before Christmas but there we go. Did this before the app so we'll see what it's like now there's an app.

    Anyone who received a Kantar diary should amend the date of the May bank holiday from Monday 4th to Friday 8th.

    Apparently more than half the diaries sold this year have the wrong date. They were printed before the government decided to change it.
