I have some points I wish to convert to something I can use. Previously InA in post 2449 https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/76112948#Comment_76112948
listed a number of shops for which you can get gift cards for and I see the list includes Tesco and Sainsbury which will be a good way of reducing my shopping bill.
To get the gift card do I select a Love to shop reward code on the Perks site and once I have an email with the code I can go to the Love to Shop rewards site and then get my supermarket gift card sent to me to spend in the shop.
Thanks0 -

Are you sure it was MAILMARK and not a STANDARD Franking machine ?
MAILMARK 1st class letter is 61p
Standard Franking machine 1st class letter is 64p

Royal Mail Franking Prices 2019 / 2020
Royal Mail have once again increased the prices for a range of services for both stamp, franking and Mailmark users. However 2019 sees franking machine users, especially Mailmark franking machine users, still benefit further from using lower franking prices. The postage discount saved for a Mailmark user has increased for both first class and second class letters and large letters, making Mailmark more beneficial.
A first class letter sent by standard franking will cost 64p when using the franking prices 2019 / 2020 and a first class letter sent by Mailmark franking will cost 61p when using the franking prices 2019 / 2020. This means that Mailmark sees a larger franking saving of 3p.
A second class letter sent by standard franking will cost 47p when using the franking prices 2019 / 2020 and a second class letter sent by Mailmark franking will cost 41p when using the franking prices 2019 / 2020. This means that Mailmark sees a larger franking saving of 6p.

I've been told I have been 'dropped by the system'. I will miss the stamps (although do have a fair stash for the time being). Can't say the same for the parcels and cubes....
I've just been told I've been dropped tooi wonder if you can reapply in the future.

If you have just come to the end of your 6 month period you will usually be invited back in about 6 months time. If they have told you they have too many people in your area, it could be longer but there is no need to actually re-apply.0 -

I was once dropped after 3 months. The reason being i was taking over from someone who was withdrawn from the survey. However I complained and they were happy to offer me a full 6 months stint.0 -

That's how it should - and usually does - work. However, on at least one occasion I have been 'overlooked' by Kantar TNS' system, and not been put on a live survey when I should have been. It was only when I pointed out how long it had been since my previous stint that they put me on another survey. There was no mention of oversubscription; I was told that there had been some error in their system (which was then manually overridden).
So I'd say that, if it has been 7 months or more since your last survey ended, and there are no indications of an impending one, then there's no harm in contacting Kantar TNS to make sure that you're still on their radar.0 -
It's been the other way with me.
I was just coming to the end of my 6 months stint on the panel, but they asked me to do a further 6 months as they must be under subscribed in my area. Do not have to go through re-training again.0 -

Yes I've had that in the past but don't think I'll agree if it happens this time as I feel I want a break from the main survey although I'll jump at either of the CDS & UMS.0
