Which browser are you using ? Have you got a pop up blocker running ?

To access your reward points via 'Your Rewards' on our website we recommend that you use Google Chrome as your browser. Other browsers, including Internet Explorer, may not be compatible for the time being.

Working fine for me in Firefox, Opera, Chrome, IE and Edge although I had to disable the default pop up blockers in both the M$ browsers.

Yes I got this along with pop up blocked announcement. Allowed pop up and was redirected to Perks Incentive page.

Automated email at 3am this morning saying that I'm going to finish the survey for a while, not unhappy at all but I wonder if it will happen as last year it just meandered on and on. And when it did finally finish it was only for a couple of months and then I was back on training again. After the last couple of weeks' heavy posting loads, I'll be checking on here for your updates to see if that's becoming the norm whilst I'm on my break.

Just logged in to update something and found an Unaddressed survey invite start dates were mid September, no email invite as yet!!

I've been told I have been 'dropped by the system'. I will miss the stamps (although do have a fair stash for the time being). Can't say the same for the parcels and cubes....

Anybody having trouble adding a posting location? It all seems to go through fine and says successfully added, but it doesn't show up in the list when i go to the sender data entry. It's the only one that won't add, the others were fine. I even messaged kantar to add it their end and it still won't show up.

And I received email timed at 14:13 and no pop-up 6 minutes later.

I was looking for the TNS freephone number for the help desk but it doesn't seem to be in their latest details. Eventually I found it and should any one else want it is 0800 015 3150. Sometimes it is better to speak to someone than a long exchange of meesages over several days to get an answer.
