Is it usual to wait this amount of time to receive a voucher?
Thanks in advance for any replies.
I'm still waiting for my voucher for the wave that took place two weeks before yours.
From my records, the last time I was expecting a voucher, it took around ten weeks after the survey.

I'm waiting for a voucher for the unaddressed survey I did last month
I also had to remind them that they needed to send me £2 in stamps because I had to pay Royal Mail to deliver one of their test items that had no stamp on it. (I've got six class stamps sent to me after that). They don't seem very organised do they0 -
I think they're making us work longer and harder in these posting surveys for our stamps now. To be honest, I'm getting thoroughly fed up with the length of the latest one which seems interminable.
It's like the old joke of trying to get yourself removed from a Readers Digest subscription list ! To be honest, my heart sinks every time I receive an envelope with a folded cube in it because for me, like many other people, it's a real hassle getting to a post office and queueing up to hand it over.
I so agree.
More & more for very very lttle reward.

I had entered my July holiday soon after the new website was up & running as I knew I expected to be back on main panel again at this time. Needless to say they did not check the holiday information before starting me on re-training as I now have an item listed for posting on the 1st day of my holiday. OK I can keep it & post in August but I have asked them what they want me to do. Still waiting for an answer.
Reply received today was
"We are very sorry that you have received items to post whilst on holiday.Could you please return all the postings back to us. You may receive items to post whilst you are on holiday, also return these back to us, any items dated for after your holidays please continue to send. "
I wonder what will be waiting for me after 1 month as it doesn't look as though they are going to take any notice of my holiday information.
I hope they are paying the postage.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. Beanielou - no mention of them paying for return postage but I'll see how much junk I get & then ask them upfront for the cost of return postage especially if there are a load of cubes, etc.
They'll probably alter their mind & just ask me to return any Smarts.0 -

Have you got any of the smart return envelopes or indeed the old plastic return ones that used to be around a few years back?
Stick one of those to the front of the envelope you return so it covers your address and it should then be covered for postage paid by them
If it were me I would just cross out the word smart,it all goes to the same address afterall.in S 38 T 2 F 50

I have some unaddressed mail to record today, and when I enter today's date, the hand disappears and I am unable to enter the number of leaflets received.
Anyone else experiencing this problem?I need to think of something new here...0 -
I have a jiffy bag to post and the online instruction says to hand it over the counter at a post office. On all other occasions I have posted a jiffy bag in the postbox outside the post office, as per the guidelines.
Has anyone else handed a jiffy bag over the counter?
TIA for any replies.0 -

I was literally just about to ask exactly the same question. I'm retraining after a 2 year break, and last time I was on the live panel TNS queried why I had handed something over the counter that would fit into the box outside. Yesterday I posted a jiffy bag in the box outside, but when I went to enter it online, it said it should have been handed over the counter, it doesn't say this on the printed plan, so hadn't noticed.
I checked the guidelines today and it says nothing about it, so not sure if I've done right or wrong.0 -
It's not on my printed plan either, and I only noticed it on the online instruction today (the day of posting).0
