What do you expect. Now owned by Liberty Media, an American multi media company who have reputation for squeezing thier customers for more and more. Google them.

Had been with thier mobile side for 7 years. Tried to get a better deal. All I was offered was what new customers could get walking in off the street. No extras for being loyal to them. So I changed provider and got a extremely better deal for an extra £2. Doubt I would ever go back.

Be interesting to see how prices will change when they take the rights fully in house for F1 coverage as they own it. No doubt it will be a Virgin channel exclusive once the Sky and C4 coverage deal ends.

I pay £64.00 a month and that is for telephone line (phone never used), 200mb broadband and the very large TV baggage. However will speak to them but not sure they will do anything because tied in for another 9 months with the current contract. I know I can leave without penalty but if I speak nicely to them they may offer me another deal. I can only try.

No company rewards loyalty, so I never say never. Just go to whoever is buying customers at the time.

Once you receive your letter you can walk away penalty free if they don't offer you a better deal

Sure they raise to compensate cheap deals e.g. customers who have more/ bigger pay less!
