I could be wrong here but I believe the new child would only be taken into account for maintenance if he splits up with the mother.
No, it will be taken into account either way. If they split up, new child's mother would also claim child support and the total amount of child support would be divided equally between the children.
If Ex and new partner are together then the child is taken into account as a child in Ex's householdAll posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0 -
