One option may be to book direct with Budget.com (as if you were a resident of the USA, as it allows you to remove the LDW and SLI component during the booking process) for US$144.97 (around £110) (Economy
Seat Ibiza 1.3 5dr/5psgr or Similar
) then to buy standalone Daily Worldwide (inc. CDW & SLI) insurance for £4.49 per day.

for a total price of £146.

Since you do not need to pay to reserve the car, you can complete the reservation and then call/contact Budget to confirm that you already have your own CDW and SLI insurance policy and that you do not wish to duplicate it. Once they confirm that all is ok and they let you know how much they will need as an authorisation on your credit card, you can go forward with the purchase of the insurance shown earlier. Though no need to purchase the insurance until a day or two before you leave for Granada.

P.S. You can do exactly the same thing with AVIS.com(same company, but premium brand) for US$161.41(around £122) plus £36 for the standalone insurance as above. But with AVIS you can prepay(pay now).
