Under the new 22.12a section of the BPA Code, the PPC cannot commence/recommence the debt recovery process until the POPLA outcome is known. (Which is this case may be never!)0

Just resurrecting this thread to let you know I basically sat tight and 17 months later have been notified by POPLA that Indigo do not wish to contest the appeal and it is therefore successful.
